We will generally contact you via WhatsApp to confirm availability, quantities, pricing and delivery arrangements. Communications relating to your order, including confirmations and delivery arrangements, may be conducted via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline an order request where products are unavailable or where we are unable to fulfil the request.
3. Invoicing and Payment
Once the details of an order have been agreed, we will issue an invoice directly to you, which may be sent via WhatsApp or another agreed communication channel. Payment is not processed through the website. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received and confirmed before an order is released or dispatched.
4. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. As a working farm supplying agricultural products, availability may vary according to season, production and supply. We may modify, discontinue or limit products where reasonably necessary.
5. Product Information and Weights
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and information are accurate. Where products are sold according to approximate weights or custom selections, actual weights may vary. Images are illustrative and may not always represent the exact final product.
6. Pricing
Prices and availability may change from time to time. The final price applicable to an order, together with any delivery or courier charges, will be confirmed before an invoice is issued. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
7. Custom Orders
Custom orders are subject to product availability and practical preparation requirements. Once preparation has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
8. Delivery
Delivery and courier arrangements are governed by our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that an appropriate person is available to receive the order.
9. Food Safety and Storage
Our products are perishable. Once delivered, you are responsible for ensuring that products are stored and handled appropriately. We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
