Kokerberg Karoo Lamb is a family run farm in the heart of the Great Karoo. For generations, our family has believed that exceptional food begins withe exceptional farming. Every decision we make is guided by respect for the land, the wellbeing of our animals, and the responsibility of the way we farm today.

The unmistakeable flavour of Certified Karoo lamb cannot be manufactured. It comes from the remarkable diversity of indigenous Karoo shrubs. Known locally as karoobossies that naturally grows in the veld. This is more than a place. It is a living ecosystem that we are proud to protect and preserve.
As our sheep graze these aromatic plants, they develop the rich, delicate flavour that has made Karoo Lamb internationally recognised and protected through it’s Geographical Indicators (GI) certification.
